IMH Real Estate Financiers

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions that may help you understand real estate financing as a broker/partner.

What is a Private Mortgage?

Private money lending is the practice of providing financing for real estate transactions by means of independent investment capital.

How do I start the process of submitting a loan to IMH?

Of course, you may call us at any time at (602) 889-3410 to speak with someone about the loan process. However, you may also give us the general information about the loan scenario by filling out the Loan Summary Form available on our website. The more information you can provide to us, the easier it is for us to tell you the viability of the loan.

What kind of relationship will I have in the loan process?

We prefer that our brokers are in constant communication with both the borrower and IMH. However, we have never held brokers responsible to the position of a borrower liaison.

What kind of broker compensation do you provide?

IMH will provide broker compensation in accordance with current state banking laws. Loans are structured on a case by case basis, and we can generally discuss any questions that you may have before we get too far into the process.

Who is IMH?

IMH has been a private money lender and a licensed mortgage broker in the State of Arizona since 1997. We are based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, but we will provide financing in all 50 states. IMH is a mortgage broker licensed with the Arizona Department of Banking and is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. IMH is fully compliant with all state banking guidelines and regulations.
