Who Is IMH?

IMH is a private money lender and mortgage broker licensed with the Department of Banking in the State of Arizona. We have been in business since 1997. Our headquarters are in Scottsdale, but we will lend money in all 50 states. IMH is a member in good standing with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. We are fully compliant with all state banking guidelines and regulations.
